i would hold off the build then, if i were you i would get everything before i slap on the turbo. cooling will be the main issue for a turbo.

well yeah i have a full size dual core radiator in atm, the whole reason this came into play was idk if the blox mani will fit in with that full size, if it doesnt ill go half and get an equal length tubular mani

The blox log style manifold will make it so you can keep your full size radiator aa well as AC and power steering.
I am currently boosting my DD DC2 Integra using the blox manifold because I want to keep the AC and power steering for the summer. Heres a couple recent pics..

I must agree that BLOX isn't the best that the world has to offer, but with a lifetime warranty against cracking, and letting me keep the AC and Powersteering, it makes sense to spend the 180-200 dollars. It must not be that low of quality if there's a lifetime warranty...

well b18's come from the factory with forged rods im sure, so done lol

i dont have an aftermarket timing belt but it was changed 5k miles ago with an oem one, will that suffice?

and i dont want to have to buy a half size, i just would like to know if the mani will fit in with my radiator, or will the compressor housing on the turbo hit
Stock rods are cast.

idk about the rod bolts, im driving this car with the plan for it to blow so i can rebuild it from the bottom up, im not trying to go all out, i do plan on it blowing, i just want it to last a year or 2 before it does
Why would you willingly want to blow a motor up...

Oh boy......alright let me explain some thing that were sort of answer but not in great detail....

1. 10psi will not guarantee that you hit your goal 265-290ish, also 10psi doesnt mean anything as far as powerwise, its just a number. Things that will affect what power type of manifold (Log, Shorty,Ramhorn, Topmount) Im not going into super detail for each, I could be here all night type so use the search button. Secondly size of chargepipes+downpipe+exhaust....generally most people use 3" for good air flow, I used 2.5 but I daily mine. Lastly are the tune and software. If your tuner is an idiot then dont expect it to run well/long and make the max power it can while staying reliable. Also software is HUGE! Please PLEASE purchase this such as hondata, neptune and ect. Dont just throw a base map and call it down, every car is different and will not need the same timing/air/fuel and so forth.

2. Get a slim fan, Dont be cheap you can buy one for 150 at most and buy a koyo or mishomoto, I got my koyo at cost for 110. Trust me do things right the first time and you'll save yourself headaches down the road.

3. In case you were wondering what power a BONE STOCK LS can hold, I've seen in person and for 3 yrs run 400whp. Also there are many testimonies on honda-tech of people there as well running 300-350whp on there daily driver integra. In my opinion I would not want that much power especially for the streets but at least now you know. Basically once again if you have a proper tune you can make good power but remember the more heat/power is made the more probable things will break.

4. Whoever posted b18b1 engines have forged pistons is on crack, thank you for correcting him mirror before someone ran with his bad information and blew there shit up.

Anywho there you go hope that helps a bit

;) I said that the rods are cast, because thats what the comment was on. As you mentioned though, the pistons are also cast.

I can provide pics for anyone who is curious. I have a set of rods in my garage, as well as pistons.
