97 integra ls turbo help needed

Hello im trying to turbo my 97 integra ls and I wanted some advice and suggestions as to which steps I should take first to start building my motor. The only mod I have is a skunk2 intake manifold. The goal I have for my car is 400hp. I appreciate the help.
