I'm really not sure, I just recentley hooked up my greddy e-01 and found out I've only been pushing about 6-6.3 lbs.! Plus I just fixed a huge problem (that I didn't know I've had since i've had this turbo) My wastegate has always been a little open, so now I'm running alot quicker! Plus I can up the boost! But I really don't know about numbers I'm doing a built motor with new turbo set-up and dyno tune hopefully this winter. I'm waiting on some injectors and e-manage to come in now so i can tune it myself. I can out-run srt's, wrx's, and non-supercharged cobra's on wastegate so it's not bad! But right now my turbo needs to be rebuilt so I just ordered a gt28! Um, ya a thicker headgasket will lower your compression a little, but you should be fine running 6-7lbs on stock internals. More with good tuning. Heres a link to something you can read-up on to learn more about turbo's and parts, etc...http://www.beesandgoats.com/boostfaq/g2icturbo.html

As far as the turbo go's...
I'm running the greddy manifold and 18g turbo from a greddy kit, a NX oil feed line and fast-turbo drain line. O2 housing from a sr20 (t25/ jdm 240sx motor) And some crappy crush bent downpipe. mandrel bent 2 1/2 charge piping w/ a hks ssqv. Walboro 255 lph in tank fuel pump, and a greddy e-01 boost controller. I'm only running 6 lbs, since I'm waiting to get neptune installed and dyno tuned. But it's still pretty quick, I ost by 1 car to an evo (from a roll) and a nsx (untill about 100, then he disappered!). Still waiting on some 550's and the neptune. As far as internals I'm just running a stock jdm b18b. I'm currently in the process of building a built ls/vtec and will go w/ a new turbo/manifold set-up. As far as being boosted go's...I can never go back!
Wo all that from an LS, imagine if it was a boosted GSR :D nice set up

Thanks, it's pretty good but lot's of room for improvment just in the turbo set-up. But I'm definitly working that out!
