90% of people half ass their builds. I think you will be on the right track if you can afford to build it properly. Spend some time reading in the boost forum on honda-tech. Do a few google searches or search on the forums because older threads have been discussed and contain lots of information. Im not as familiar in this territory beyond the basic description i gave you already. Honestly either choice wont be bad but im not certain you can reach your whp goal on the supercharger and keeping it on the reliable side. If build properly and you are mostly daily driving, most cars last. When you race it a lot, it takes abuse. You might have to go turbo for the range of power you want. Last guy i met with a super charged gsr was doing somewhere around 250-260whp.
