Im gonna tell you meanly that good luck. Look around the site. Nothing we tell you you will understand anyway. Get familiarized with parts and what they do or you will just be like the rest of the fools who throw money at their car and go no faster.. and often slower. kek :rolf: Its not about what year the car is its about the condition of the car so shop carefully and inspect everything. Gen 3 is pretty old now and often you can find newer for the same price. Good day.

OP go with the basics that all newbies do.
For power: intake, header, exhaust
For looks: lip kit, useless decals, drop it, upgrade wheels

Well, the 94 is the oldest 3rd gen you can get (in the US) and will generally come with the most problems. All 3rd gen from 94-01 with the only difference being a face-lift. As for mods, do some research. I'll give you a very rough idea for some basic stuff:
Suspension: Koni 1150 coilovers~$1,437; Skunk 2 camber kit~$210 front, ~$165 rear; rear LCA~$200
Engine: GReddy pre-tuned turbo kit~$2,860; engine internals~$2,000(?)
Exhaust: HKS Hi-power exhaust~$800
Just that stuff comes out to be about $7,650 and it's not completely covering everything
