94 Integra LS Rough Idle/Stall

My car used to start and idle completely fine in any weather when I first bought the car. Eventually, the car began to fluctuate idle, which I fixed by cleaning the FITV and IACV. However, since cleaning those parts, my car's idle has never really been the same.

Problem:

My car will idle very rough and sometimes stall unless I hold down the gas while it warms up.
Here is a video of the problem I am having that I recorded this morning:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSqV_GVxFI4

What I have done:

Cleaned the IACV (More than once)
Cleaned the FITV (More than once)
Cleaned the TB
Adjusted the idle screw (following the Hayne's Repair Manual)
Reset ECU
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced all 4 fuel injectors
Replaced spark plugs
Replaced spark plug wires
Bled the cooling system
Seafoamed the IM and crank case
Oil Change

Additional Notes:

My car has zero idling problems when the engine has warmed up.
This problem only started to occur when winter came and the temperature dropped.
Red lining the car while parked has gotten the idle to smooth out and warm up as it is supposed to. (Did this once out of anger.)

oh? What exactly should I be looking for when I go to check it?

Check the ignition coil inside the distributor. Get a multimeter and test it. I'm am unsure of what the readings should be, but I'm pretty sure you can look that up on google.

Update: Cap, rotor, and ignition coil all checked out fine.

I've honestly done everything I could imagine to do. I guess I'll just have to press down on the accelerator to keep it from dying until it warms up

I loosened the banjo bolt and turned the key to the on position. Instead of getting about 3 seconds of a solid spray of gasoline, I got 3 seconds of gas sort of just "leaking" out of the bolt. Would it be likely that my fuel filter (Which I replaced in the summer) be clogged, or broken? Or is that more of a fuel pump problem?

Whenever you loosen any bolts that have anything to do with fuel components, there will always be a little fuel coming out.

I mean when you turn the car over, there is supposed to be about a 3 second spray of gasoline. Mine didn't spray, it was more of like a steady leak

Check your fuel pressure, the regulator might not be working properly.

I'm having the same issue and I'm working the bugs as I go I'll keep you posted.

Hello Zenrion, I had the exact same problem on my 94 after I cleaned my FITV. I went crazy troubleshooting this for about 2 months. When we open the coolant lines to remove the FITV, we introduce air into the cooling system. That air will rise to the top of the system (in the FITV) when the car sits over time and cools down. When the car is started from cold, there is air in the FITV instead of coolant, this causes a bouncy idle. When the thermostat opens and the coolant circulates, the air is flushed out of the FITV with warm coolant and the engine idles as it should. To solve this problem I let the car idle with the radiator cap OFF until the cooling fans kicked on and the thermostat opened. You will see the coolant start to circulate and some will spill over as the bubbles come out. I kept adding coolant to the radiator as the air dissipated. I had to do this procedure from a stone cold engine 3 times. I did this about a year and a half ago and have had no problems since. I hope this works for you.
