My integra rs won't start and i have a very weak Spark

I bought this older Integra and it Started fine for about 2 days then I stalled it Puff no more starting I believe it is the ICM but I don't know it has a weak spark but it does have one so I am thinking it might be the ICM based on related posted i have read on the net. Does anyone know who to tell if it is the ICM or something else any info would be Awsome Thanks

OP, try another ECU. I believe that if you jump the wire to pull the code and get a solid CEL that doesn't blink that indicates a bad ECU.

tried spraying starting fluid through the spark plug hole? Ummmmm thats not right... But anyways... You might have a bad coil.. even if its new it could be bad... Might want to check and clean all your ground connectors, Also it might be your + batter cable make sure there not corroded. Even if it looks clean at the connector at the battery make sure further down the wire its not corroded from past batterys. That means pull back the pastic and check its not blue and looks like copper then just use electric tape and tape it back up.

I have the same problem I don't want to buy a new distributer if its the ecu. How do I know for sure? I know i'm not getting spark.

I recently fixed a no start on my 96. It turned out to be the coil for mine. I know you already replaced yours. Have you verified that you are not getting spark? Another very common problem is the fuel injection (PGM) relay above the driver's kick panel. My Acura dealer parts counter guy told me 95% of Integra no starts are in the distributor or the PGM relay. I tested that I was getting fuel injection signals to the injectors and that I had no spark before replacing parts. I tested the coil according to the Haynes manual, and it tested outside tolerances. I replaced it, and it's running again. There is more in the distributor than the coil and ICM. The parts guy said if the coil didn't fix it, just replace the distributor with a new one. NAPA has new ones for $250. I would verify no spark first.

I too am having the no spark issue. I know I am 1 tooth off timing but as far as I know that won't hurt starting just performance which I am fixing. Any body have any ideas on this??
