I recently fixed a no start on my 96. It turned out to be the coil for mine. I know you already replaced yours. Have you verified that you are not getting spark? Another very common problem is the fuel injection (PGM) relay above the driver's kick panel. My Acura dealer parts counter guy told me 95% of Integra no starts are in the distributor or the PGM relay. I tested that I was getting fuel injection signals to the injectors and that I had no spark before replacing parts. I tested the coil according to the Haynes manual, and it tested outside tolerances. I replaced it, and it's running again. There is more in the distributor than the coil and ICM. The parts guy said if the coil didn't fix it, just replace the distributor with a new one. NAPA has new ones for $250. I would verify no spark first.
