i have a 1991 integra with a b18a1 stock beside minor mods i bought it maybe a month ago finial go it insured
started driving it around and noticed power loss like not making it up a hill with and barelly make it unless i speed up. the cars smoking white smoke but only sometimes and after back firing it smokes. spark plugs had oil on them and the car is leaking oil too. i did a compression test and the numbers came up
1st- 50
2nd- 70
3rd- 65
4th- 70
some people say rings, head gasket, valve cover gasket, or valve seals. im not sure what it is im okay with cars know a good amount but im confused on this one done alot of research and have 5 different answers

Head gasket for sure, the white smoke is radiator fluid getting into the cylinders. Is it overheating?

As for the other stuff, very possible those need replaced as well. The valve cover gasket wouldn't cause this, just oil to leak from it, giving a wretched smell from under the hood.

yes and no. I had a 91 civic, that lost power and blew white smoke. Ended up replacing the head gasket and had the valves done. Ran like a champ after that. My advive start with the head gasket.

Yea is probably just buy a new block and take this one apart to learn how to do it and fully build it but I hope its not I just don't wanna do gaskets and valves and it be the rings

when you blow a head gasket, the damage is internal. Thats why you see white smoke. the smoke is the water evaporating. If there is no oil in the radiator, there i a really good chance you have not damaged the rings. Take off the calve cover, remove the bolts or the herad and clean and inspect. if everything looksgood just replace the gaskets.

Oil change too while your doing this, and I'd change radiator fluids, I'd also look Into doing timing belt and water pump as it'll be best to do while the engine is out
