90 Integra I'm stumped. Any thoughts?

From my understanding, the manual trans setups do not have an EGR valve. If my knowledge is flawed, please correct me.

thats correct manual trans integra 2nd gen dont have egr but auto trans do have it. I`m a smog tech i never seen a manual trans integra with egr unless again its auto trans.

Im pretty sure that it jumped time. I dont really have an experience with dohc but to me thats what it looks like. Second opinion please
