I actually have tried to get some but its harder than you think. atleast for military. Even if we junk a car, we have to turn in the plates on base. If you look, all of our plates start with a Y before the numbers. All American military HAVE to have Y plates....doesn't seem very safe incase some random Japanese dude hated America lol


Thanks for postin that video for me! (I personally dont like the music my friend used but still cool footage)
