fixed your list.Well im getting closer to doing this and still have unanswered questions. Im not sure what kinda supporting mods are needed with such a low PSI. Will timing be okay? and should i get a slim fan for the radiator??

you dont need to change fuel rail until over 500whp. and 250whp is a nice daily; you can actually make 300whp and still be safe on a stock gsr motor. you dont need to build the motor, but the kit should be properly pieced together. not taking shortcuts with a fmu and stock injectors.see im confused too....u dont need a built motor to run 10psi....i have stock head and internals and im running at 10psi...making 250whp......i dont get why u would need to build the motor just to run 10psi....
and i didnt change the fuel rail...just injectors and fuel pump....thats all...whats that like 300-400$ more u would need to spend...
