2nd gen air bags?

so im wanting to put a racing steering wheel in my car. i have a 91 integra ls. and im reading things saying there is none on the driver or passenger side due to the electronic seatbelts. and that 2nd gen integras do not have them at all. is this true? i cant seem to get a straight answer. theres people saying yes and no.

I have a 3rd gen and deleted the airbag for my steering wheel setup. What setup you going with? I retail NRG/Momo and a couple others.
