1991 integra. swap=b18a1 w/ pr4-2 head.
I don't really want to piece it together id prefer a kit, any suggestions? I want around 280whp and it will be a street car/Daily.
I need help with a brand of turbo kit to get for my goal?
Heres what i have so far:
440cc/min injectors
Walbro 255 pump
Rebuild kit(Seals, Gaskets, what do you think about water/oil pump??)
I was going to keep the head stock pr4-2
Bore if i have too(least as possible) NO sleeves, 9;5;1 comp pistons and rods. OR keep bottom end stock and put new seals on pistons.
2.5" down pipe and 3" full with test pipe
Wide band, boost guages

Anything else im missing, maybe ignition system?
My transmission runs strong s-1.. (been told has stage 4 clutch in it when i bought it)
Im open for new ideas or your opinions but main focus is a turbo kit
Thank you -Keith

you dont need to mess with the ignition at all.

These days, there are a ton of companies that offer great turbo kits that are already good to go for the most part. minus the tune. For your power goals , a 2.5 or a 3 inch downpipe and exhaust will suffice.

Look into spoolin performance, go autoworks, rc auto works, maperformance, full blown motorsports, or synapse turbo for a complete kit.

you necessarily need to rebuild your bottom end for your goals, although if you did, I would keep it at 10:1. Just compression test your motor make sure its healthy. If its not, you gotta rebuild.

The 440cc injectors are the only thing that concern me with your setup. You're going to be maxxing those out to reach 300hp. My old B20 made 302 with RC 550s and was at like 93% duty cycle. I would look into some bigger injectors if you can. The thing with injectors is if you go big to begin with you can tune them down to fit your needs, plus you'll have room to grow should 300hp become boring to you.

I would look into all the companies Alex mentioned above.

Good point but to add to it when your injectors are close to there peak duty performance that atomize the fuel better to get a more even and complete burn which in return gives u more power and is better on your motor

Ok so iv decided on going down on power a little im shooting for around 250-270. the injectors will run fine with that right?

what exactly is an injectors peak duty performance? Is there a magic number that injectors perform best at? Is it the same for every company? is it the same for every injector?

Are you trying to say running an injector as close to 100% duty cycle makes them run better?

Yeah thats how I read that too, you don't want to run your injectors close to max duty cycle. I have never heard of them atomizing fuel better at higher duty cycles. If anything I have heard of that causing stress to the injector and leading to injector failures.

Im saying lik in at around 90% is were they will perform the best if you get to big of injectors for what you need they will not be operating at that hince less atomization and so on

Umm who told you this information? Tony from T1 has a video of a bone stock LS integra running and idling just fine on a set of ID2000's...I ran my integra with Deatschwerks 1000cc injectors all motor and it ran just fine, luckily I had the bigger injector over stock because even all motor the duty cycle was above 95% at the 240cc setting in Hondata
