if you go for actual race wheels, price vs weight, kosei k1s and rpf1s are the best. Id def go 15s instead of 16s for a race wheel on a dc chassis. 16 inch tires are so expensive.

yeah thats what im thinking and i agree on the wheel price, its just you cant really find the tire size i wanted in a 15" (215 tire width). If i could find some non R compound tires in that width i would be on it but the Ecsta XS kumhos and the RT 615K Falkens dont have that size and those are the tires i would like to purchase again.
