1999 Integra Ls won't get a spark!!

My Acura Integra was running fine when it stalled out once or twice. I thought that maybe it wasn't a big deal so I kept driving it. A week or so later it would stall out every time I drove it. The car ended up not starting at all. I did my research and found that a Main Relay was a common problem when cars get warmed up. So I changed it and it worked just fine for the rest of the day. I drove to work which is a 20 minute drive and it worked fine. That night as I was leaving work the car started right up, but stalled out after being on for two minutes. The car wouldn't start back up, but after five minutes it started up and drove fifteen minutes home. After getting it back to my house my dad tried putting thermal compound on the igniter because he read that it could cause it to stall. When he was doing this he noticed a very very small spark on the distributor. He had forgotten to disconnect the battery. The car now will not start at all. We thought maybe that spark was the ignition coil blowing or the distributor breaking so we replaced the entire distributor and it still won't start. There is no spark when we pull a spark plug out and touch it to the engine. The car turns over but won't start at all. There is gas on the plugs also. What could this possibly be? I really don't want to take it into a shop due to having no money for it or the tow. Any help?!?!

Sounds like symptoms of either a bad ignition coil or ignition control module both are in the distance. Google search a how to on how to test them that's the easiest way there are a few write ups out there

But for giggles when the car sings starting can you hear your fuel pump prime in accII and do you hear the main relay click.
