Brazil Integra

I have 9000K HIDs in my car now. But I really want 12000K since they're purpilish. But my brother said that those make it harder to see the road at night. Is this true?

Yes. Once you get past 6k your visibility starts decreasing. Also remember that with purple, blue or yellow lights you're alot more likley to get unwanted attention from the cops.

Yes...actually, after 5k-6k the light output decreases. You would see an improvement if you dropped down to 6k. I wouldnt recommend the 12ks. Also cops will be pricks about it. Its all what you really want to do at the end of the day though.

technically 4300k provides the best visibility as its closest to "natural light". so anything above that is moving away from that. i have 6000k bulbs and its almost too blue for me. but 12000k would be crazy imo :)

My 8000k 55w wash out some blue but I wish I went with 6000k. It's great how it is now but more visibility would be nice.
How does the 9000k work for you though?

Nice, I wanted those for a while but like how retro fitting looks for light output

I've noticed the halo ones giving better results over oem too

retrofitting is when you upgrade the projectors inside your headlights for better light output. usually the projectors used come from an S2000, or a TSX, or something that has really good ones. I wish I had the money and time to do this
