What's with the harness system coming from what looks to be the C-pillar? I've never seen that before, at least that I can remember

It's going on a harness bar soon. That's the way I have it to help determine the reach of the Y of the harness so I could design the harness bar which I will be making next month (none available for the Focus). They let me through tech at autocross and dragstrip with it like that with no issues though.
