1989 Acura Integra LS

I had recently bought a 1989 Acura Integra with a 98 LS swap turbo. It needs a couple of odds and ends, but i got a steal on it. Also, it only has 78K on the engine and 178 on the body. A couple of things that i would like to mention is that third gear grinds a lot, and i am hoping that it needs a tranny fluid change. And I need a couple of header bolts but i have no idea where to buy them or what kind of headers they are?
