I was browsing Craigslist for some parts and I stumbled across this. "FULLY BUILT LSV."
http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/pts/2700581698.html
And the color.. are green LS/Vtec motors common these days? Someone in the second gen forum posted pictures of his "FULLY BUILT LS/Vtec." and it was also green. I immediately assumed it was his motor because they're both "FULLY BUILT" and green. The shade seems a little off, and the guy never posted specs.. so who knows if it's the same guy.
I just find it ridiculous what some people spend money on, and what they expect to get out of their junk.
/End Hilarity. :thumbs up

He put $7500 into a LS/vTec motor? WTF! He didn't even build it with high compression.. he supposedly put forged internals in it.. at stock specs. (With a bigger bore.) That brings me to my second point, who the fuck spends $7500 on THAT? You could have a shop build a better motor for less!Craigslist AD said:ls block open deck 85 mm darton sleeves, forged eagle rods, forged arias 9-1 85 mm pistons, micro polished ls crank, arp bottom end bolts, acl race bearings, cometic 85 head gasket, b18c1 p72 gsr head full head job done at portflow with supertech race valves supertech dual valve springs and titanium retainers, full port&polish head job..has act 6 puck sprung clutch with extreme pressure plate, arp head bolts.. im sure there is other expensive parts in the build that i cant think of at the moment. 4 grand or best offer or trade for a clean dc gsr or em1 si, possibly would take a nice 03 or newer street bike or clean and well put together swapped honda. this engine was a 7500 dollar build and thats without having to pay for labor. have thousands in reciepts..oh the head also has TODA spec B camshfts and skunk2 pro series cam gears and it has a skunk2 pro series intake manifold.
my work is slow and the bills keep coming in so looking to sell fast or trade for something that can sell quick. keep your low balling down and before you message me asking why i want so much money for an engine do your research and understand about my build this is nothing like an average honda motor. not even close people.
