Cars... What joy.

I recently replaced a couple of things on my car hoping to improve gas mileage but no luck here. I replace the distributor cap and rotor, new spark plugs, new fuel filter, just did oil change with synthetic oil. I used to get 245 miles to the tank on My 1990 integra ls (automatic). Now i'm only getting around 165+. I'm assuming that my fuel injectors are probably clogged and i also have yet to find time to change the o2 sensor i just purchased. Assuming the fuel injectors may be causing it, i put the lucas fuel injector cleaner from the local auto parts with a full tank of gas. I have filled up my tank twice since then and yet to have seen any improvement in gas mileage. My car is close to stock with the exception of a sub in the trunk. I still got the 245 mile to tank with the subs in. Any input? Thanks for taking the time to read it. Aloha from hawaii.

Looks good. As it was said- change out that O2 sensor, it can really lower the MPG.

Thanks for the reply guys. I had time to replace the o2 sensor today and i made sure that the anti seize was on before installation. i found it much much easier to replace the sensor with just a 7/8 wrench doing from the bottom. I used the o2 sensor socket with a ratchet and tried moving some hoses but i had no leverage.

Please remember to let us know how this improved your gas mileage.
I may do the same thing if it works for you.. My mileage isn't bad, but if It can be better I'll give it a shot as well.

If im not mistaken the 90-91 is an obdo and, on has one O2 sensor. Pleas correct me if I am wrong as I dont want to give any one wdong information. My o2 sensor was located right above the area where the header connects to the muffler
