CEL not working..

So I my check engine light isn't working, checked for codes and nothing. I put everything back and turn the key as normal if I was about to start the car, and again nothing. My gauges work, all my lights seem to work except that one.. Can someone help?

i think its a good thing when your CEL isn't on.

bet the bulb is missing or is burnt out.

I hope its missing or burnt and not an electrical problem! Have so many damn electrical problems to solve already lol

i bet its burnt out or something or maybe it doesnt come on since nothings wrong? lol its easy to take it apart an look.

It's missing, as with half of the bulbs:s Now just need to buy new bulbs and the black sockets for the bulbs

buddy. theirs a ground on the thermostat that grounds ur dizzzy, ccollent temp sensor and vss. try tightenin if not replace terminal.

previous owner pulled mine out so it wouldn't show when i bought the car -__-

Wait...... you took out the cluster and didn't check the bulb?

No I took it out then checked the bulb.. which wasnt even there.

Hows grounding the thermostat have anything to do with a instrument light bulb missing..?

it grounds ur dizzy. It happened to me the ground was coroded. and the cel didnt pop on the 2 seconds when the key goes on and the car wouldnt start at all.
