Spark Plug won't come out

I was changing the plugs in my 92 Integra 4cyl with 363K miles, and the number 2 plug would not turn, the other plugs came right out. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to remove the plug without causing any damage? Can I spray WD-40 down the hole or any other thread loosener like punkbuster to try and get it free up.
Looking for any suggestions.

It may help to use penetrating oil, and let it soak for a couple days. I wouldnt recommend wd40, as it is a poor penetrating oil in my opinion it is just a light lubricant. The best penetrating oils are Liquid Wrench, Kroil, PB Blaster are all good. The best penetrating oil is a mix of 50 percent acetone, and 50 percent power steering fluid. I have tried this mixture on some REALLY RUSTY parts, and could not get them to break free with the other oils, even after letting it sit for days. Heat would be a great idea as well, even a propane torch would be better than nothing, but due to the location of the plug, that is iffy. If all else fails, a impact wrench would be better then a breaker bar, because the quick shock from the impact is less likely to twist the bolt off like a slow turning breaker bar would. Good luck!

How is it stuck? Get more leverage on your ratchet.. get a longer ratchet.. put some muscle behind it. I've never heard of a spark plug being stuck. I've also never heard of a spark plug being rusted into an aluminum head. Liquid wrench/Wd-40 won't do much good in my opinion.

try tightening it slightly and then back it out may help free threads.

be carful tho spark plugs are fragile and will break.

This is why you should always use anti seize. Put some ass behind it and make come out.lol if it bread or stripes you be alright. They have extractors that will go down the hole.if not you can drill it out and chase the threads or put a helicore n it think that's how its spelled.just make sure to use a vacuum to get all the shavings out
