no, you will most likely get like 3 threads on each bolt wich is fine. We have done this on several cars, or you can back out the studs a little bit to get more threads. I have regular studs

depends, there is no sense in getting an intake manifold for a stock lsIs the IM easier to take out on an LS? That's what i'm doing after the stupid inner tie rods

the ls one wont fit.
and i dont use those because i have stiff mounts, your motor doesnt make enough torque to need them
