Slammed suspension for DA

full coilovers usually give you a bumpier ride, while shock/struts are more of a secured and less bumpy ride. Also, full coilovers are easily adjusted as well, so whatever height you want you can adjust whenever. IMO shocks/struts are definitely the better choice, if you want to pay a little more. Both can give you the desired drop you want.
I disagree. I have had multiple set of full coilovers and sets of strut/coil sleeve combos and the full coilovers do not bounce any worse.
If you get entry level coilovers that lack adjustable damping of course they are going to have a lower ride quality than an adjustable strut paired with a spring or coil sleeve. In comparing coilovers vs. strut/spring combos that offer the same options I believe you'll find that the coilovers do not lack ride quality as opposed to the strut/sleeve/spring combo.
Personally I haven't found many set ups that rode better than my Tanabe coilovers I had on my DB that got stolen.
