iPhone Question

So I'm getting my first smartphone tomorrow! I just have a question about my Apple accounts. I have an iTunes account with one email address that I have purchased lots of music through. I also set up an iCloud account. Which one of these would be best to use when I get apps for the phone? Thanks.

use the iTunes acct for the apps, you want as much data as possible on one acct, if noone else uses your iTunes acct then use that one for iCloud as well. it's much easier that way.

The 4S lol. You can just sync without the use of a cord with those, all you needa do is use iTunes to sync; pretty cool innovation

Use the iTunes account. Then just sync it all. Use one id and then when you register your phone it'll setup cloud.

Thanks. Yeah unfortunately I need to keep the separate account for iCloud. I had a MobileMe account that I use a lot for email, so that one has to stay. That was added a couple years after I opened my iTunes account. It's ridiculous that they don't let you merge the two.

it won't effect you in any way then if you use to have the MobileMe acct, make sure you have migrated your acct already

You need to update to ios5 to get it.

my guess is an equivalent is in the works, but that is purely speculation and in no way the voice of apple
