I'm not all to familiar with the Function & Form coilovers since we don't currently carry them. You will need to reuse your OEM top hats with the Tein Basis Kit. The spring rate on the Integra app is 450 lbs/in in the front and 340 lbs/in in the rear.

The TEIN Street Basis are non-adjustable damping. The Buddy Club N+ Spec Damper and Racing Spec Damper both have the ability to adjust the damping levels.
