First off, thats honestly to low for a dd. Second, go around speed bumps if u want it that low perm. Third. Stop tightening your lugs with out torqueing them. Thats why ur studs snapped.
Why don't you buy those little ramps? I've seen automotive places sell those, they're like metal or wooden ramps and you put them on the curb and just drive over it..you could even just leave them there i'm sure no one would touch it...or bolt them on somehow...lolI'm already trying to figure out how I am going to get into the driveway at the house we are moving to, lol... Blocks...lotsa blocks...
Sorry man, but that's subjective. Depends on how dedicated he is. I have "too high" of compression for a dd, and yet I'm driving it 900 miles on Friday, lol...First off, thats honestly to low for a dd.
Is that how you made it over my speedbumps? I was fucking shocked to see you make itgotta do what you gotta do. i pull out my blocks regularly :rolf: watch everybody get mad
ok lets see, if i heard a scraping sound under my car i would like to know whats scraping also, so what i would do is jack the car up and look at the bottom of my oin pan bottom of trany and the exhaust to see whats scraping, then i would figure away how to make it stop scraping, i would lift the car up a little before i crack the oilpan or trany. but thats just me. any others with me.:roll:I do plan my route and know the road around where I live its just now since i lowered it i hear that metal to speed ONLY on speed bump contact I don't know how to find out what it is. I talked to a friend and he said its not your oil pan but probably your cat but the thing is I hear the clunk going into the speed bump which makes me believe it might be my header.
Where are the slammed guru's at lol
fixedYeah I hear the midpipe dragging across it lol...i'm just afraid not to dent the header or oil pan..I went over a couple today at a shopping center but those were the lower rounded ones. The one i experienced yesterday which made me make this post was the taller speed bumps...and couldn't even take it at an angle..anyway I'm just going to keep the ride height like this i've seen a lot of people lower than me. I don't care about scrapping the OEM optional side skirts or front lip, its only denting the header and oil pan is what worries me.
Did you even read anything that was posted, or his post for that matter? Or did you just read the title and look at the pictures?! Your post is ummm...so helpful.you need to learn to angle...but asides from that, find out where your leak is coming from and fix it
