He's talking out his ass. Cuz not only would boost and spray be stupid on a cavalier, even if he were to build the motor to withstand it I highly doubt it could hit 180 regardless of the build unless he regeared hip trans and removed the governor. But that's blot of money on a Walmart budget. (No offense against anyone who works at Walmart) not to mention when it comes down to it no matter how nice your car is it doesn't mean shit if you can't drive it. That much power would take skill to control.

No offense taken. You have to work a ton to get any decent amount of money here.

He is just trying to one up me all the time. He knows nothing about cars really. He put coolant in his windshield washer system because it was hot out and thought he had to keep the windows cool. He thinks because he has a fuel overflow/reserve tank it doesn't burn any gas at all when idling.

I think he just said that he'd boost/spray just to one up me. He asked me what my motor plans were for my teg project and I just said a built n/a build for a fun DD that I could track. Then I guess he had to be faster :lol:

And later in the day, another was telling everyone how his bone stock kia spectra hit 180 mph and how he raced a porsche. I dont know why a porsche would even bother but okay... lol

So I asked him "How do you go that fast?". He said he had nos, so I asked him how "nos" worked. He told everyone that you connect a hose from the nos and drill a hole in your exhaust and connect it there. I explained to him how it really worked and then I asked him "What did you do about your top speed limiter?" and "how does your 4 speed automatic even reach that speed?" He said his grandfather owned it before him and did stuff to it. Even tho he told everyone previously that he bought it with his own money *facepalm*

I just walked away, it was too much hahaha

I'd hate to say it but I know of a kid that lives in the next town over that has a pretty quick cavalier. A guy I work with raced him in his wrx sti. My buddy smoked him off the line no doubt, but when he got into 5th the cavalier started catching up slowly. He said by the time he was at 140 the cavalier was less than a car length away. He said That kid had everything possible done to that motor. I've seen the car a few times out of town. It looks like a bone stock car but lowered a little bit. The motor sounds healthy!

I was picking my friend up from the airport today and they had police officers on bicycles riding around and directing traffic. They would wave you on and then cut right in front of you, and even turn around and ride against traffic. There were 1/2 as many people as normal, but it took 2x as long to get through. How the @*&# as I supposed to go when you keep cutting in front of me? :cussing:

I hate when I have to slow down because of cyclists.

Girls are just as horny as guys. I think that, by going after the bad boy, it sort of gives them an out. The bad boy is their equivalent of a girl with a tramp stamp.

They only go after a knight in shining armor when they're ready to settle down.

P.S. I'm in the same boat as you. It has it's benefits in the long run, and can actually have some in the short run if you play your cards right. 8)
