I Have a DB1 and as of noww it has a stupid stance and the ride just sounds bad and i might even be having suspension problems so i HAVE to change it out... the guy i bought it from i guess felt like lowering the front by heating the springs and leaving the back end up... soo it looks kinda dumb to me and MY plans are to maybe lower the front an inch and even out the back with the front.. noww.. MYYY problem is :

i look at springs and see they only offer ONE set measurement of drop, and thats bad if i need 1 inch drop to the front and 3 inch drop to the back, cause then that just means i need to buy 2 different spring sets right????

and idk so much about adjustable coilover sleeves? any opinions about them??

and idk about getting Full Coilover suspension just cause i only make 160 a week and end up HAVING to spend about 70-100 dollars a week so saving is an issue and it just seems like the ride is gettting worse and worse every other day (2 days in a row i get a "rim grinding" like feel from a standing start, like my tire is shaking) so idk how much time ima have since this is a daily driver sooo please help me out..

budget is about maybe $200-$300 and i need the best solution possible

Well to get a good ride quality out of lowering spring or sleeves you are going to need to buy struts. By the way your car sounds it seems as if your stock struts have blown. I been in the same situation before with my last car.

I recently puchase skunk2 sleeves off of thi site because it was the place to offer free shipping. $276 shipped I believe, so it is within your budget. But like I said, yoi will nerd some struts to pair them with. I have tokico blues.

New struts cost about the same or a little less than sleeves. Maybe you can find a deal on craigslist.

I would not go with springs because you cant adjust them.

Just my 2cents

Yea koni are good and tokico whites are good also because you can adjust the dampening for a stiffer or smoother ride. I had those and really liked them. Now i,have tokico blues and I like them too.

daily driver... just get some springs and shocks, doesn't even need to be dampening adjustable. but for the same price or +/- $100 and get some non-dampening adjustable full coilovers.

if you want to do it right the first time... folks will say koni/gc but for the same price or +/- a couple hundred you can get some full adjustable dampening coilovers. Dont get me wrong, the koni/gc are great. read up the perks of the koni's and other full coilover setups.

i like my skunk2 pro-c. mono tubing design and dual adjustable height. it was an introductory price too... now its a bit more expensive.
