UUUHHHH-OOOOHHHHHHH...!!!
What doesn't it consist of? lol Running my shop, doing paperwork, dealing with customers, making sure cars are being fixed and going out, sourcing and ordering parts...and on top of that, helping my brother with another shop, sorting out the kinks, and doing the paperwork for that shop as well because it was a little bumpy after I left. We're also in the process of moving the repair shop and heading in a slightly different direction. There's just a lot to do in between all that. Applying for licenses, closing old ones, finding the right location for the new shop, and many, many other things. There's always something that needs to be done and it's draining. I didn't get home from work until about 11PM tonight. The cherry on top would have to be the problems we're having with a couple techs in both of the shops. Sorting through resumes, interviewing, and finding a good candidate. Then when the new tech for my brother's shop gets hired and goes through the training with my brother for a week or two, chances are he's going to need me to leave the repair shop and help his new tech with the customer service side until we feel we can trust him enough to let him run the shop (which would be a while, I'm sure). Seems never-ending.
