based on the circumstances i will make an educated guess and say he was speeding. in general any driver that owns a corvette seems to think they suddenly own a racecar, they dont. corvettes have the highest rollover incidence of any car sold in the world, why? because when someone owns one they drive way too fast and think it has handling like an f1 car. i find it hard to believe that he would have rear ended a stopped semi at 70 mph, and if he did i doubt the semi driver would have driven to the side of the road and stopped again. on any freeway ive driven on when a semi is completly stopped, all the other vehicles around it are stopped or moving much slower, and when anyone taps their brakes on the freeway, its pretty easy to notice
