**UPDATE**


Another slight update... i replaced my clutch matser cylinder the other night... it was leaking on my foot when i was shifting... so it was time to go. ALso cleaned up the engine bay... and shampoo'ed the front floormats. Then obviously a good wash... and i was done for the weekend. :) Here are some pics.

Went pretty smooth... bleeding took forever it seemed.. but pedal feels great now.....

Thanks for reading. I love my car more and more every day... and i have a great time making it my own... and keeping it in the greatest shape that i can. I feel from day one of buying this car... (if you bothered to read this thread from page one...)... till now.... this car is a night and day difference.

**UPDATE**

Small update at least... On Sunday i put in new NGK Iridium plugs... figured it was time to do away with the Bosch Platinum+4's i had tried out...

I also pulled my distributor cap off... and used a small pocket screwdriver to scrape all of the corrosion off of the contact points in the cap... and cleaned the corrosion off of the rotor contact point. Motor seems to be running nice and smooth. here are the plugs i got.



Also purchased this valve adjustment tool from ebay... Cant wait to tone down this noisy DOHC motor... should be adjusting the valves in the next couple weeks.

**UPDATE**

Well, i did get to do the valve adjustment over the weekend... didnt get any pics due to being all oily and flustered with the job itself... after doing the adjustment... and re-checking and re-adjusting them... got em just right... car sounds great now... and my power through thr RPM range seems much better... WIN!

Oh and got a new SPOON shift knob(prolly a knock off) but i like it... and got my boot fixed... so it will stay up near the shift knob versus falling down all the time and showing the shifter itself... all i did was find a washer that was just the right size to fit around the shifter... and it fell down right at a point on the shifter...where i could pull the boot up over it.. and it stays up... very easy to do. here is the knob...

**UPDATE**

Decided to order bulbs for my cluster from superbrightled's.... and change my cluster bulbs... very easy job... and great results....sorry for the aweful cell phone pics... you get the point though :) ... im very pleased with the results.

Lol... you must not have read my thread.... my LS Meshies were stolen in the middle of the night.... and i was left on cinder blocks... i have pics in this thread.

But i agree... and i would have NEVER bought wheels had some POS not robbed me.

**MOAR UPDATES!!!**

So... since i seem to always stay busy... i decided to get some more maintenance done to the car..... i took both door panels off... lubed both lock assemblys since the locks were sticking a little.... now they work amazing.... and i lubed both window tracks with shiatsu grease ALL THE WAY DOWN.... now the window travel is amazing.... i also installed a new speaker to the right front.... and fabricated the stock speaker bracket... to make my infinity work in it... it was a b****. but i got it done...

lastly... i stripped and polished the valve cover... god it took FOREVER.... lots of elbow grease... let me know what ya think.

Cut the bottom from bracket assembly... then had to shave it and make it work to fit the speaker...

haha... yah... it definitely did... i just used a reg socket to get it almost tight... then used this for the minor adjusting before tightening down the jam nut... helped me to keeop the adjustment when torquing everything.
