Windshield wipers don't work on intermittent.

I searched but found nothing. My windshield wipers only work on high and low. High isn't fast enough for this WA rain anyways haha. But when there's barely any rain, low is too fast. I would like to fix it so I can use the intermittent setting. Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and what they did to fix it. Thanks in advance.

my wipers on intermittent don't work either, it sucks! although my clock/interior lights dont work as well and i know for a fact its cause the fuse for that circuit keeps blowing. if those things work on your car then its probably in the wiring somewhere...check the wiper switch

Hmmm. That response just made me realize something haha I better check some fuses. Cuz my clock worked fine, until I started driving. Figured it was just worn out Haha. And my map lights don't work, same with dome light. Figured the map light bulbs were out... and never really put the pieces together. Thanks for making me realize That.... lol, yeah it probly is just the switch.

Replace the combination switch(the stalk). It goes bad over time.

the switch yo. to bad its not a 3rd gen i have two of them taking up space.

On g2ic somebody said replace the ICU. Could that be it? And if so, could that be why my dome light, map lights, and clock all quit working?

I have the same problem and I think it might have to due with the ICU, some common problems that go along with the ICU going bad are the int wipers not working and the rear window defroster staying on or not coming on when the button is pressed.

I have that problem to. Clock works dome light and map lights don't BUT if I turn the switch on the dome light to where it comes on with the door my intermittent works...I don't get it lol
