1.6 vtec vs 1.8

My friend just got a new ek hatch with a 1.6 vtec swap and wants to race i told him not unless we go to the track (I learned from my speeding ticket lol) I was wondering who would win the hatch or my LS with a 1.8 non-vtec

I sure will if we ever get around to it. It's still not set for sure because he lives three counties away

it would depend on the set up. i've seen some nice b16s in my town but theyre also boosted. even if you loose atleast you had fun

the hatch is lighter than the integra. the hatch has vtec and higher compression..the integra just has a bigger engine..I would say the times will be close but hard to say since its always different when racing..alot of factors can play a roll in each car.

Unless I'm missing something op never said whether it's a b or d series and there is definitely a big difference there......
