edit: i mean to fight against the insurance trying to label your car as totaled. is their anyway to prove that its not totaled?

I was reading a bit on it. If you don't want it to be totalled out, don't file a claim on it w/ insurance.

Bring them a lot of proof and print outs on what the car is worth. Print out craigslist ads and cars.com, or autotrader ads and show them. Make sure the cars you print out are somewhat similar to your cars condition before the accident. A lot of the integra type-r owners do this when they get their car stolen or get into an accident and their insurance company wanted to give them a crappy amount for it.

I just need a new fender and they let me keep it for $500. lol
They gave me $5090.

Ill show you guys the rebuild. I already bought a new fender.
I didn't buy those parts, it was just an idea to what I could have bought.

I need a Ford Ranger or a track car. hahaha

That is shitty. When I had my civic, I hit a deer going 50 mph and needed a new hood, right headlight, right fender, radiator, and core support and they were going to total it, but State Farm worked out a deal with the body shop and fixed it for me. They told me that if it were totaled they would give me 4300 for it. It was a 99 Civic dx with 150,000 miles. It was over 2 grand in damage.

It's just salvaged from a "Fender Bender". Literally.
It was a den't on my fender and little knicks.

I love integras too.

I'd rather keep mine, save up for something else and buy it cash.

I got a fender and front bumper for $160 in better than average condition.

Did you read my previous post?
They're giving me 5k for a car that has a dent on the fender, that I'm keeping.
It's VERY easy to replace a fender.

Sounds like a good deal to me.
