Any way to beat a 350z?

A bunch of bullshit in this thread..OP street races and everyone thinks a gay girly fuking 350Z is fast..have any of you guys EVER driven a HIGHLY modified boosted Honda?????

You can build your teg up to absolutely SMOKE that Nissan. YES, it will cost you ALOT of money..but it is possible. The only advantage the Z has is weight, that helps it stay planted. Stop street racing on public roads bruUHHH.

Ok first of all u can't "launch" an auto car without tearing shit up and second of all a stock Integra will never hang with a z. My built b16 with boost will only beat a z by a few cars. So the smart thing for u to do is just flat out not race.

This is by far the slowest way possible to drive an automatice teg btw, you are best off leaving it in D4 and smashing the gas pedal. Starting is D1 you will be slow as this race

except you won't be fast at the end, cause your car is slow (it's okay to admit it, mine is too :p )

You guys have missed everything I said so far...i'm not going to avoid the race because I think i'm going to lose, its all just for fun and neither of us are taking it seriously at all. I won't be offended if I lose to a car that cost 6x as much as mine.

And to whoever said you can't launch an auto, I don't know what you mean because you definitely CAN launch an auto.

So i'll say it again: I don't think I have big chance to win, and I'm not taking this seriously at all. I don't care about him beating me.

With all that said, I think the BEST chance I have would be to do a very short race (because I can launch my car better than his, giving me an advantage at first). It would be better for me if the race is over before he makes it to 4th gear, for obvious reasons...haha

I have a fucked up way.....

When he isn't looking, sugar in the tank, throw a handful of nails in front of him at the launch, and if he keeps his hood open before the race, disconnect a few hoses so he throws a cel as soon as he gives it gas in higher rpm's, he'll back off the throttle and look like an idiot.

man thats a lot of work. just pull a couple spark plug wires on one bank, even the odds a little bit.. lol

As I said, i didn't bother read the thread :p You shouldn't race in public anyway, that's dumb.

And correct, you can, but it sure as hell tears your transmission appart.

Haha well if nothing else I'm glad my thread inspired two sigs.

But about launching on an auto...you say it hurts your transmission? Are you thinking of revving in neutral and then slamming into drive? Because what I had in mind was hold down brake, give it some gas to rev it up, let up on the brakes, go, and then in a little give it some gas. I don't think my way hurts the transmission...
