Clutch + Flywheel questions

alright, i will admit, im not afraid to, i am a FNG when it comes to standards and clutches and flywheels, i have a general understanding of both thanks to games like forza and Gran Tourismo, etc.. but in real life, replacing them, etc i am lost.. but my question is this, i was on www.corsport.com poking around, and found a clutch kit, and flywheel both manufactured by clutchmasters, take a peek yourself:

Clutch: http://www.corsportusa.com/store/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=2_26&products_id=2385

Flywheel: http://www.corsportusa.com/store/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=2_26&products_id=3047

now, it says the flywheel is for 90-93 teggy's, but the clutch is for 90-91's.. but all the clutch kits on the site are for 90-91 (if you are in the 1990-1993 teggy section) but im sure the clutch kit i have picked out would work in my 1993 if im not mistaken? but im welcome to any and all inputs and 2 cents. i think this is a good combo, along with a stage 2 short shifter im getting (-3inches, 55% faster shifts) since the stock shift stick is like the same length of a fence post.. :???:

lol but seriously all it should come down to is weather you have a hydo or cable trans. that should be the only difference. what you have in those links should work just fine and i have that same clutch in my teg now and it works great for NA use

lol hmmm well, how bout some coors light? or how bout we kick it ye olde school and go get a couple quart cans of some high life? or ill just get a foster's oil can :D nothin wrong with irish, my integra is owned by a (part) irish man :)

stupid question i know, but how to tell if i have hydro or cable trans? i plan to eventually boost the motor, so should i get a different clutch? maybe a stage 3? i saw the Stage 5 racing clutch they have is cheaper than the stage 4.. hmmm lol but do you think that flywheel i have picked out would be good for boosted apps?

well i cant tell from you thread, but if its the stock trans its for sure cable, you will literally see a "cable" from the drivers side of the firewall that leads to the transmission

yeah its stock trans, the clutch is fried, the linkage is fukkkked, so i should probably just go ahead with a stage 3 or 4 or..even 5? lol having a race clutch would be crazy! once my little shop gets built, and i get my lift installed, ill take pics of the transmission and everything, im going on a massive spending spree as soon as i get both of those, and have the right tools to work on the car with.. so, the flywheel would be good to go? just need to scoop up a higher stage clutch

its all good, not a lot of people like guinness, its just my irish telling me to drink my home brew lol my german in me tells me to drink a lot, but avoid the Heineken, even if its under every handlebar mustache or inside every snakeskin jacket lol, my other "parts" just kinda chill in the lounge and talk between themselves lol

yeah man i tripped out when i saw how cheap those kits were! but they do not come fully complete, the detail says something about its "close to a full kit" i dunno what its missing. but ill be getting that, along with a full 3" exaust system i found for the car.. just gotta find a Catalytic converter to fit with it lol

haha a street/strip disk should do you just fine. stage 2 or 3

and yea Gurley is german, it might be the only part german aside from my drinking habits which usually scream DRINK DRINK DRINK DRINK OH FUCK YOUR FUCKED UP KEEP DRINKING DRINK MOAR!!!!! which is what im doing now lol

lol i had me a foster's oil can earlier, but my buzz is long gone :( so i allowed myself into my bar stock and had 2 shots of some captain morgan private stock :D

but anyway, so a stage 2 or 3 of that brand (clutchmasters i believe) would be sufficient? and keep the aluminumnum flywheel
