got a James Barone Racing shift knob heading my way.



also working with Jamie (owner of JBR) to make and supply him with shift boots for the mazdaspeed 3

no updates, still waiting on my shiftknob from JBR.

next friday i'll be placing my order for some of my motor mounts through the company that's sponsoring me

another small update:
picked up a CPE standback (retail 680)
CPE plug n play harness (retail 320) paid 225 shipped for both
also have MSD dash hawk
OBX test pipe
James Barone Racing 650gram shift knob


i will be tuning my car over the next week or two.


i also dyno'd july 23rd and put down 267whp and 268wtq with outside temp at 102*F and 18% humidity. with the following mods: intake- turbo inlet pipe, forge bypass valve, and cat back exhaust.

VERY happy with the numbers i made since stock they are 263 at the crank

with the test pipe, and stand-back with tune i should be about 285whp .


i'll be ordering some H&R lowering springs within the next few weeks, along with my FMIC pipping kit, and my GodSpeed FMIC core.

i'm not sure if the thread is the same pitch as hondas, but i'll find out and let you know.

it's an AMAZING knob. it's VERY heavy and makes shifting VERY easy

oooh. Dude, this is my first manual.. But I already realize the importance of a heavy shifter. This skunk2 knob is pretty heavy, but if that one is heavier.. let me know for sure dude

the integra shifter is M10x1.5

says it fits all hondas, but shoot Jamie an email, tell him "Rich the Bride wallet guy" referred you, and you're wondering if the knob will fit a M10x1.5 shifter
