35Watt is plenty for the teg.

1. draws current from battery to ease strain on old wiring. I used it for a while, then removed it because it was too ugly in the bay. Haven't had any issues.
2. For new cars with DRL lighting. DOnt need it.
3. Your low beam is a 9006, you don't need to conver it, so no!

So no on the HID harness?
And you said yours don't flicker?
Harness is optional, really up to you, if your wiring and battery seem fine you'd probably be okay. I've had 0 issues with ballasts going out or flicker. Maybe others do, but I personally haven't.

I used to have ddmtuning. I actually got the raptor kit. On of the bulbs started changing color, but they quickly replaced it under warranty. Have nothing to complain about.

I've gone through two sets of low beams in the past year and a half..
Both Xenon brand..
The first was the regular ballast which worked great for a year or so.. All of a sudden one ballast went out and took the 10a fuse with it.
So I replaced it with a Xenon slim ballast kit.. Which has been flickering quite a bit since day 1. I ordered a relay harness, but didn't help at all (waste of $15).
I'm thinking I could sell the set up for at least half my money back, while I order something new that DOES NOT FLICKER.

i used these on my old ej8 not sure on the brand. plug and play had the 8k zero problems. but in the market now for a set for my dc4. 6k 35w seems to be the most popular through ddm. has anyone gone higher like around 8k?

8-bit

do what now?
I've had 12k they are nice but too blue for me. Lol
But I think people get the 4-6k bc of the visibility. Idk

you don't need any of those. The ddms are great, they've never failed on me. I've seen sometimes one not turn on but just click it on and off and they'll work. Don't be scared because I've seen it happen even on the more expensive HID kits. The only ones that I have experienced that never fail is the stock HIDs on the JDM front

Ive seen to many complaints from DDM, people not getting what they ordered, or getting any customer support lately. I guess from what they said is that customs is holding a lot of product for long periods of time. I think its bs myself. I have Xentec HID's in the car now, and havent had a problem with them, and neither has my buddy who runs off road rigs. Slim Balast Black ones only though. I have seen the DDM ones in person and do like them, just a pain it looks like to get them.
