Help with MDF rings?

While I know this may be a far cry from being viable, I was wondering if there would be somebody out there willing to make me some MDF rings about 1/4" tall and contoured properly to enable me to install some Rockford Fosgate R-1652S component woofers in my stock location(s)? I have no experience with MDF and do not severely limited access to the tools necessary to do what I want to do, hence the wanted help. I will obviously be willing to pay, and if anybody is interested, please PM me and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner. Name your price, I will do my best to match it to what I feel is fair. I am only asking this because I am getting incredibly tired of the ~7 year old Sony speakers that are mounted in the front door right now. I would use the factory mounts, but there would be nothing left after the necessary trimming. The speakers I have chosen will fit depth wise, but the dimensions don't allow it to be installed directly in the door panel.

PLEASE HELP, SOMEBODY!!

I wouldn't use MDF in the doors, if it gets wet it'll swell up and come apart. You may want to use some solid wood and paint it to protect it afterwards.
