dont look like HID's to me, no ballast. looks like just a normal wiring harness for halogen lights

Lmao I know. But it all goes together each light has 2 bulbs in it. The main headlight bulbs and on the inside bottom are smaller ones.

They arent even for an older integra as far as i know. I may be wrong

Look for markings somewhere on them.

They certainly arent Integra lights.
