even if it wasnt legit, it doesnt hurt to try it!
It gives more reason to see these stupid events all over Facebook.

The only events I do anything about on FB are real events or "If this gets a million likes my wife agreed to name out baby megatron." And if you're wondering the due date is in a few months. :D

Exactly! doesnt hurt to try and you should read updates on their facebook wall.

bought many products from this company and never received any sketchy activity from them or joey.
Just because you bought products from someone doesn't mean they won't lie. No one is losing money on this, it's not illegal, why the hell wouldn't they use Facebook to get 30,000 "likes.

Whenever you question the legitimacy of something like this ask why. Lets say these knobs only cost 50 cents a piece for them (a very low guess) thats still $15,000 in shift knobs if they give out 30,000. Why spend $15,000 on a promotion? For a larger company thats nothing, but for a little race shop, that is alot. There is always more to the story. If I were to guess they will catch you on shipping, OR require you to buy something then get a FREE knob. The chances they just want to give away $15,000 is slim to none. Think about that.
That was almost exactly word for word what I was going to type.

Well yeah if you require it to be shipped it will be $6 continental US. sir
Local pickup is 100# free with legit I.D
This is all if the 30,000 is reached
$6 will pay for the shipping. Not the time involved in shipping it or the $15,000-$30-000 lost on products.

That's just what I was getting out of all of this. It would be really nice to actually see them go through with this, but I really doubt they will. Kind of like those stupid chain letters that used to go around. It would have some joke or story or whatever, and at the end it was like "To get the punchline; forward this to 10 people and press F3, the answer will pop up on your screen!!" Almost always followed by "I didn't believe it at first either but then I did it!"

I don't think it would COST $50 to make a sweatshirt. Hell, I wouldn't pay $50 to buy one haha.

lol. I was just saying for a typical sweater at pacsun or tillys, its in upwards of $50, maybe its gone up... but okay fine, I'll cut the price in half...

$18,750,000 O.O even if it was $1 each, thats $750,000 lol. Nothings free

They have those shift knobs listed as 35 bucks on their site. Anybody have a guess as to how much it costs them to produce?
