ewwww. i'm watching Taboo on National Geographic and they're talking about some sheep's milk cheese that is considered a delicacy in Italy. it's filled with tons of maggots that eat, digest, and excrete the cheese, making it a liquidity texture. they eat the maggots, too. freaking disgusting. it's also illegal because of sanitation risks.
