its like the wing on an old starrion. Only problem with em is that people find out they are foam and want to squeeze them to "see", and the paint eventually cracks because of it.... A holes lol.

Haha No.
And No. They're not painted.

Idk what type of foam it is, but water doesn't get into it and it's not painted.
It's like the foam they use for the seats on some rides for Six Flags.
The foam could be made in any color I assume and doesn't fade.
