Hahah, pretty much hit the nail on the head there. The only problem is my two youngest nephews are hard to understand. The youngest doesn't talk yet, and the next one up sometimes says things weird so I have to ask him what he said like fifty times lol.
Hahaha like when they word sentences awkwardly and stuff? Yeah my little nephew in Detroit used to do that... I haven't seen him in two years though :/ I suppose he's hit the annoying age now.

Well, just got to drive my other toy...this one's a bit bigger ;) I'll give you a hint...it has around 250hp and 750 ft.lbs. of torque and takes about 15 seconds to get to 60, lol...

'92 international school bus converted to an rv. You think these cars are time consuming?! Try converting a 72 pass. school bus. It's pretty much done, just have to finish plumbing, paint it, and finish some odds and ends. But soooo worth it. I've had some fun with the engine too International DT466...turned up fuel pump, advanced timing, straight piped (its actually not that loud), intercooler (not plumbed yet), and trying to find an hx40 holset for cheap. It currently has a Garret turbo, but I have the fuel turned up to the point I could use more, heh heh... :drive:

You own a BMW!? I'm looking into a '99 528i Silver Sedan with 155k miles. Any thoughts?

One of my last fun cars was a 4 door 325 that I had modified quite a bit. That car would have fit in the super sexy slammed club! Tires tucked front and rear, couldn't fit one finger in. FAT tires front and rear, sooooo beatiful, but ya, I lived on bimmerforums.com. Didn't post much, but got the info I needed. WAY different feel than here. Very interesting to work on too, to say the least, let alone modify!

Are you set on a 5-series only? My brother had a silver 528i...

It was wrecked, though. lol Under my possession...

They're decent cars, but nothing compared to his 540i he has now. If I were to get into 5-Series, it would probably be the 540. After driving his car and then going back and driving his old 528 (a friend owns it now), I don't think I'd get a 528. The power difference is more than noticeable for me. You should look into those instead. :twocents: You won't regret it.

One of my brothers is on BimmerForums, so I try to avoid anywhere he is. lol I see enough of him everyday at the shop. I don't need another place to run into him some more. We recently slammed a 540 at the shop. Once the car settled a little, it was too low for the customer to drive. We had to raise it. It was way low. Couldn't really drive it with f***ing something up.

I feel like a little fish in a big sea when I go onto other forums. lol It's easier to stay here. I'm a creature of habit. -_-

HAI! So if this dude doesn't freaking email me back about his B18C5 for sale, I'm gonna go to GA and beat his ass and take the damn motor. Christ...You think if you were selling something if you got an email inquiring about it you'd freaking respond...

Good advice on the 528. The 2.8 is adequate in a 3 series, but there is no way I would want a 5 with one, too much weight. I don't know how reliable the 4.0 is though...

When I first put my last set of rims/tires on my bimmer and we lowered the lift it didn't look that tight...until I backed it out of my buddies shop and everything leveled out, lol... it was driveable though. My tires rarely rubbed, cause they tucked inside the fenders nice. I paid close attention to my offset. In the front they were just inside the fender (less than a finger width and about 1/8" from the strut tower. My bumper on the other hand took a beating :) I need to stop talking about that car though, I miss it :-/

We rolled the fenders, but the tires were still catching a little. That pic is of how much the car settled about two hours or so and after a little bit of test driving. If the customer had 19s on it and smaller tires, it would have been perfect.

You should hear how my nephew tries to say "smooooooooooothies." It was pretty funny listening to my sister try to teach him how to say it. They got the "S" sound, and when they were going for the next sound she says "What does a cow say?" And he says "Moo" and she was trying to get him to stretch it out and for some reason said "What do a lot of cows say?" And instead of "Moooooooooooooooooooooooo" like for some reason she was expecting he went "Moo Moo Moo Moo Moo Moo."

At least I find it funny.
