Corporate meetings that have no purpose except to tell us how we can make more money for the company.....

excuse me, I'm running a 47.98% increase over last year, highest average in my region. Not to mention the weeks where I'm up over 100% increase vs last year. I'm pretty sure I don't need to learn how to make more money. I should be the one holding the fucking meeting. Like this, "alright listen up losers, I'm Chris, but you already knew that from the weekly reports where I'm kicking your ass' in sales, this is how you sell......"

Buy used.

I have hundreds, literally thousands of tools in my shop now. Just bought three more toolboxes that were all stuffed with hundreds of dollars worth of tools. One of the boxes was a craftsman toolbox, that's worth more then what was paid for everything.

I was thinking for wrenches and sockets going that route, but I wouldn't know where to start looking.

Garage sales are a good bet. You usually can find a tool box full of crap for like $5-10 lol. The toolboxes I was referring to were the larger toolboxes on wheels. Uncles.. grand-daughters.. husband sold it. Lol.

I've been stock piling tools for ages now. For more important tools like a torque wrench I would buy new. But for the most part used tools are usually fine.

Last summer at a yard sale I bought a small craftsman tool box with some ratcheting wrenches and a sh!t load of sockets. Most of the sockets were all rusted up or cracked. But only spent 30 bucks on all of it. Took the messed up sockets to sears and swapped them for new. So I got a good deal on the whole deal.

Flea markets are good places to get deals too. I almost bought a torch wrench new in the package for $35 but for some reason I set it down and walked away to look at leaf blower and forgot about the torch wrench.

I guess AT&T decided they needed to withdraw my payment twice. So I paid $436 for one months service. Awesome! Fuking jackoffs! Looks like I get to take a trip to the bank.
