What's the best HID kit to buy?

Looks like any other kit, i have one from ebay too, by the way those are very illegal, nationwide the Department of transportation has banned those kits accros the nation and shut down like 30 companies that make them, most of those ebay kits are leftover shipments, again im keeping my ballast but im retofitting my headlights with Bimmer e46 bi xenon projectors so that I stop blinding people on the road and have the real deal, ive seen retrofited one pieces and they looke awesome, ill look for some pics

Yeah I know my kit was all good until I read the the info on rebased kits, sounded real serious, come on they are banned across the nation, now that's serious, companies like Mccullock shut down, thre were mad names of companies on that list, read all that info on the department of transportation site

Check Out DDMtuning.com aka raptor I think. Kits are real cheap $40 plug and play. I've seen a lot of the Bimmer guys get them I ma about to buy a pair at 5k
