the spinach and broccoli croissants are quite tasty. when i was vacationing in Monterey a while back, i went to a Parisian bakery that had those. it's the only place i've ever seen them. i tried one and really liked it, but have ever been able to find any around where i live, so i decided to try and make it myself. this is the first time i've attempted to make the croissants, but they came out almost exactly like the ones we had in Monterey. lol i just need to make them bigger next time. =]

Monterey as in Monterey Mexico? Never been to Monterey, but I have driven from San Diego to Cancun :) That was a little bit of a drive, haha...you should check it on a map :) I was the mechanic in charge of getting 3 15 pass dodge vans all the way down there and back. That was a challenge!
