i had to do something with myself today to make up for yesterday. lol cleaned the whole house and then made some spinach and broccoli croissants. next on the list...chocolate chip cookies with a new recipe and bread.
baking frenzy.

WOW!! Impressive! Sounds good, too... I have never had spinach and broccoli croissants, but I think I would like them. And well, chocolate chip cookies...I eat them till I'm sick. No self control watsoever, lol... Bet your house smells good right now

the spinach and broccoli croissants are quite tasty. when i was vacationing in Monterey a while back, i went to a Parisian bakery that had those. it's the only place i've ever seen them. i tried one and really liked it, but have ever been able to find any around where i live, so i decided to try and make it myself. this is the first time i've attempted to make the croissants, but they came out almost exactly like the ones we had in Monterey. lol i just need to make them bigger next time. =]
