Power window problem

so my driver side window stopped working a while ago.
the master switch allows the passenger window to go up and down but
does nothing to the driver window. took it out and cleaned it but still nothing
could the problem still be the switch if it allows the passenger window to work but
not the drivers?

Check the fuse for the driver window.

Had my passenger window do the same thing, lost a ground some how, grounded the switch to the door frame insted of the harness and walla window worked again. Go fig make sure you know whats what nin the harness first.8)

You poke it with a stick.. durrr!

By process of elimination.
Check the ground, fuse, wiring... everything checks, then replace.

Also, make sure you didnt hit window lock...
It doesnt only lock the passanger window, it locks yours too.
Someone did that, and they had their window open all day. Lmao
Until we told him.

how do i get to the motor? wheres the ground wire suppose to be at?

im having the same problem, i took my door panel off and looked at the wires and when i move one of the red wires the window works but it hesitates..

yeahh thats how the window was acting before it completly stoped working.
i had to pushed the switch up in a very sertain way to make it work if not it wouldnt.
but i cleaned the switch already

well my passenger window switch is firm, solid. the driver side switch is loose kinda, if that makes sense.. idk why it does that, but thats just how it works :/
